Q: What made you start pole dancing?
A: I've always been into sports. After I stumbled upon a pole studio while I was studying in NYC, I fell in love with the different varieties of movements, flexibility, and strengths that pole dancing introduced me to.

Q: Why do you pole dance?
A: The uniqueness and endless possibilities that show our body is capable of pushing through boundaries are what attracted me to pursue pole dancing. It's proven that if your mind is set to achieve something, nothing is impossible.

Q: How has pole dancing helped you?
A: Pole dancing has become a part of me. It helped me through tough times and never failed to surprise me with what my body was capable of achieving. Moreover, I am forever grateful for the friendships that I've made through pole dancing. The community is amazing!

Q: What made you start pole dancing?
A: I've been dancing since young but I always wanted to try a new dance style and happened to find a pole studio near my place. I fell in love with pole dancing immediately since everyone at the studio was so inspiring.

Q: Why do you pole dance?
A: Pole dancing has so many aspects: you can be sexy, powerful, sporty, artsy, etc., it keeps me interested all the time!

A: To express my emotions and tell stories :)

Q: What made you start pole dancing?
A: I wanted to challenge myself to something that I thought I would never be able to do.

Q: Why do you pole dance?
A: I had to work a lot on my self-confidence and patience. You can't rush for achievements and it doesn't happen over night!

Q: How has pole dancing helped you?
A: Pole dancing has made me mentally and physically stronger. There are no shortcuts in pole dancing. Consistency is the key at every stage and you will definitely pole-gress at your own pace, regardless of which level you are at.
