Pole Fitness/Pole Dance
We provide classes for total beginners to advanced students! Our aim is to create a fun and encouraging learning environment for all pole levels!

Unsure if pole dancing is for you? you get 2 classes to try out if you like pole or us (we are fun, we swear!)
​
Pole Fundamental:
This is the perfect class to begin your pole journey. In this class,
we’ll introduce you to the foundational techniques used at all levels, along with some basic spins and tricks. If you’re brand new to pole,
this is where we recommend starting so you can get familiar with the terminology and movements we use throughout the studio.
​
What to Wear: A tank top and shorts are highly recommended (you’ll need bare skin to stick to the pole!).
​
Pole 1: ​
You’ve mastered the fundamentals, and now it’s time to level up! In this class, we’ll focus on building your strength and introducing new tricks and spins.
The pace will pick up a bit, so it’s important to feel confident with the pre-requisites below. Don’t worry—challenge yourself, and you’ll be surprised by what you can achieve!

Pole 2:​
This class is designed for students who are comfortable with foundational moves but aren't required to have their invert yet. You’ll start exploring going upside down while working on more intricate tricks and spins—exciting challenges ahead!

Basic comfort and familiarity with the pole

Pole 3:
Time to Level Up Your Upside-Down Skills!
Refine the moves you already know, build even more strength, and master that invert!
Whether you're working toward your invert or looking to expand your repertoire,
this is the perfect time to take your skills higher—literally and figuratively. You'll keep progressing with and without the invert while building confidence along the way.

Pre-Requisites:

Climbs (side and basic)—reaching the top is not required

Basic Twirls (Back Hook, Firefighter, Chair)

Leg Hang (either from lying down or an invert)

Genie/Martini

Pole 4:
By this stage, students should have a solid understanding of the fundamentals and developed the strength needed to progress to more advanced movements. While shoulder mount conditioning may have been introduced in Level 3, Level 4 will emphasize refining these foundational techniques and advancing into more challenging tricks and combinations.

Pole 5:
This class is designed for advanced pole students ready to push their limits! It's time to play, fly and as usual share a laugh or two on the struggle bus with your pole buddies.

Comfort with fluid combos on both spin and static poles​

Wall Pilates
Build strength & improve flexibility with the help of our best friend a.k.a the wall!
If you are looking to improve your flexibility & strength, join our Wall Stretch class.
​
Grippy socks are required for this class. Please bring your own or you can purchase it in our studio for RM15 a pair.
