Pole Fitness/Pole Dance
We provide classes for total beginners to advanced students! Our aim is to create a fun and encouraging learning environment for all pole levels!
Our Pole Syllabus:

Pole Trial:
This class is designed for first-timers to get to know the pole. In this class, you will learn the basics of static pole, grips and some basic tricks
​
Pole Fundamental:
​This class is designed for beginners to feel comfortable on static and spin pole. In this class, you will learn the basics of static pole, spin pole, beginners tricks and build strength for inversion to leg hangs.
​
Pole Inter 1:
This class is designed for intermediate 1 students who have stable inverts, chopper, and leg hang (Gemini)
​
Pole Inter 2:
This class is designed for intermediate 2 students who have stable butterfly, caterpillar climbs and leg switches
​
Pole Advanced:
This class is designed for advanced student who have mastered the fundamentals. Must be able to aerial invert on spin pole and have stable Ayesha
​
Attire: you are required to wear a singlet/sports bra and shorts OR pole wear​
Exposure of skin is required for class
Wall Stretch
Build strength & improve flexibility with the help of our best friend a.k.a the wall!
If you are looking to improve your flexibility & strength, join our Wall Stretch class.

Grippy socks are required for this class. Please bring your own or you can purchase it in our studio for RM8 a pair.
